Unresolved Arçelik Air Conditioner Installation Issue

Arçelik Company cannot provide delivery and installation services for the product it sells. On 18.07.2024 (Thursday), I called the store for the purchase of Air Conditioning to Arçelik 12325, I asked if they had it, they said that they had stock. When I asked when they would assemble it, they said it could be assembled this Saturday or Monday (July 20 or 22, 2024), so I made the purchase. After making the payment, when I asked for the assembly to be done on Saturday, July 20, the salesperson called the store for the air conditioning purchase in Arçelik 12325 on Friday, 18.07.2024 (Thursday), I asked if they had it, they said that they had stock. When I asked when they would assemble it, they said it could be assembled this Saturday or Monday (July 20 or 22, 2024), so I made the purchase. After making the payment, when I asked the assembly to be done on Saturday, July 20, the salesperson said that Saturday is not possible, it may be Saturday next week (July 27, 2024), when I said you said it would be Saturday, I used the sentence round, he said it will be next week, we accepted the prisoner.
