Arçelik Cannot Provide Product Delivery And Installation Services

Arçelik Company cannot provide delivery and installation services for the product it sells. On 18.07.2024 (Thursday), I called the store for the purchase of Air Conditioning to Arçelik 12325, I asked if they had it, they said that they had stock. When I asked when they would assemble it, they said it could be assembled this Saturday or Monday (July 20 or 22, 2024), so I made the purchase. After making the payment, when I asked for the assembly to be done on Saturday, July 20, the salesperson called the store for the air conditioning purchase in Arçelik 12325 on Friday, 18.07.2024 (Thursday), I asked if they had it, they said that they had stock. When I asked when they would assemble it, they said it could be assembled this Saturday or Monday (July 20 or 22, 2024), so I made the purchase. After making the payment, when I asked the assembly to be done on Saturday, July 20, the salesperson said that Saturday is not possible, it may be Saturday next week (July 27, 2024), when I said you said it would be Saturday, I used the sentence round, he said it will be next week, we accepted the prisoner. He said it could be Saturday next week (July 27, 2024) that it was not possible, when I said you said it would be Saturday, I used the sentence round, he said it will be next week, we accepted the prisoner. The next day, the service appointment message came, we started with 2 days between 17:00-19:00 on August 2, we agreed for 8 days, they made an appointment 15 days later, when I called the store, the store servist said that if you want, come in the evening and let's cancel the sale. (They're like a joke) I called customer service, I created a request, they say the service will call you. 1-2-3-4-5 call as much as you want, every time I call, the same terane. When I say forward another available service, they say that I can only get the service from a service connected to my address. (It's like I'm enrolling my child based on the address in a school affiliated to the Ministry of National Education) it's like a joke... We were miserable by the heat in the middle of summer. For 1 week, the headquarters, the solution center, the support center say that we are taking action on the phone, they could not solve the installation of 1 air conditioner. Arçelik Headquarters returned. Unfortunately, they said we can't find a solution. They couldn't take action. Customer service is helpless

An inadequate service network, an unresponsive customer service, brand managers who lack the ability to demonstrate the will to find solutions, This brand is definitely bad.
