Unprofessional Service Experience with Arçelik

I am deeply dissatisfied with the behavior and attitude of Ayşe, an employee at the Arçelik call center, which has caused me significant inconvenience. Regarding the air conditioner I purchased on 08/06/2024:

On 11/06/2024, I received a call stating that the installation would be done that day. I informed them that I would be home after 19:00. Ayşe told me I would receive another call with further information. After waiting for some time without any follow-up, I called the Arçelik call center again and was told that the installation was rescheduled for the next day (12/06/2024) without my consent. If Ayşe had informed me about this during our first conversation, my spouse or I would have taken leave from work to be home (my spouse has already taken leave and is waiting for the installation team). When I pointed this out in our second conversation, Ayşe had no response.

During my third call, another employee answered and defended Ayşe's actions, stating she was in the right. When I mentioned that I might initiate a return process, there was no response, almost as if they were indifferent to my concerns.

I reached out to the Arçelik branch where I purchased the product (Şehitkamil Gaziantep Gazimuhtar Paşa branch) to explain my situation. The branch also received unhelpful responses from Ayşe and her team at the call center.

Subsequently, whenever I called the Arçelik call center, Ayşe or her team would connect my call and immediately put me on hold. This happened repeatedly. However, when I called from a different number, they answered promptly and provided assistance.

This morning, I am left questioning whether this treatment is personal or if all customers are subjected to such behavior. I urge Arçelik customer service managers to investigate Ayşe's conduct. I have been a loyal Arçelik customer, consistently choosing their products, but the unprofessionalism displayed by Ayşe significantly diminishes the brand's value. I request that appropriate action be taken.
