Arçelik Authorized Service And Customer Service Indifference

Arçelik Authorized Service and Customer Services are extremely indifferent. I created another complaint about this situation and added it elsewhere, but there was no response from the developments, probably the response is being given through the new complaint. In fact, I was not called until I made my previous complaints. I have not been able to receive calls for an installation appointment for the air conditioner delivered to Dudullu authorized service on June 24 for a week. Although I called Arçelik customer service many times and asked the Dudullu authorized service to call me, no call was made. I was called upon complaint and was told that an appointment would be made for July 18. 1-) These air conditioners are bought by people because of the heat. Is your performance our fault, our lack of coordination, or our lack of staff? Do we need to be patient for 1 month? 2-) According to this logic, if I had been called on June 24, the date my air conditioner was delivered, maybe I could have gotten an earlier appointment date. Is it my fault that I wasn't invited? I have to wait 1 month. 3-) Why can't we communicate properly without complaining? I called after the other complaint and was told it would be taken care of but it's been a week and I haven't heard anything. 4-) Why doesn't the Authorized Service install the fuse of the device? Are you causing inconvenience to customers? We are trying to keep you following and serving us. This is a disgrace. Let's pay for it, give us a good service. My previous complaint was not resolved and I had to write this complaint because the indifference continued.
