I purchased an air conditioner from Arçelik's official website. During the purchase, I checked the live stock status and was informed that the regional dealer would deliver it within 1-2 days, so I made the payment. However, after calling three times, I was told that the product could only be delivered and installed 15 days later. When I objected, they scheduled an appointment but didn't give me a specific time, suggesting I stay home all day and call an electrician.
I had to spend the entire day at home and keep the electrician on standby, but the delivery was not made, and I wasn't even informed. When I contacted Arçelik Customer Service, they redirected me to the dealer, offering no solution to my complaint. They didn't support Arçelik Online Sales either (the dealer mentioned that they might not have stock, and the online store might have incorrect stock information).
In hindsight, it would have been much better to visit the dealer in person to discuss delivery and installation dates before making the purchase. This way, I wouldn't have faced such inconvenience and frustration. When buying an air conditioner from Arçelik Online, don't rely solely on the company's service network or incur unnecessary electrician costs.
