We purchased a refrigerator from an Arçelik dealer, but it wasn't cooling properly. When the technician came to inspect it, they said the refrigerant gas level was low, which was causing the cooling issue. They promised to replace the unit, and we agreed to wait for the new one.
Two days passed, and no refrigerator arrived. We called customer service to explain our situation. They claimed the replacement was en route and would arrive on Thursday. We accepted this and continued waiting, but it didn't show up on the specified date.
When we called again on Friday, they said the earliest they could deliver was Tuesday. We told them this was unacceptable given the hot weather and our urgent need for a working fridge. We requested a refund instead.
Now they're telling us we have to wait for the refund to be approved and that our money will be returned within 14 days. Meanwhile, we can't even buy a new refrigerator. They've left us stranded in this heat, causing all our food to spoil and become inedible. Even my insulin injections have gone bad, and I can't use them anymore.
The Arçelik service and dealer have been incredibly negligent, causing us significant hardship during these hot summer days.
