Arçelik Air Conditioner - A Service Nightmare


Stay away from Arçelik, everyone! As I first explained in my complaint dated July 8, the air conditioner I purchased from Arçelik is still not fixed, despite multiple service calls. Here's the timeline:
In our brand-new apartment, the bedroom AC unit stopped cooling. I called Arçelik, and they sent a technician who added gas—but within 2 hours, the issue came back. Then we contacted the dealer, and they sent Kavacık Service, who again added gas and tightened the connections. It worked for 2 hours, then failed again.
I contacted the main call center, and Suadiye Service was sent. Same issue. I even withdrew my previous complaint, believing the issue was resolved—but the next day, it failed once more.
Suadiye Service returned, said nitrogen gas was needed, and left. Then Kavacık Service came, applied nitrogen gas, and finally discovered the outdoor unit was cracked—something I had already mentioned to every technician before!
Eventually, a replacement request form was filled out. But then I was told a replacement wasn't possible because multiple services had intervened—what a ridiculous excuse. And even if approved, I'd have to wait at least a month for a replacement. That means the entire summer would be over.
Why don’t Arçelik’s own authorized services communicate with each other? And how can a warranty-covered product require over a month to be replaced? I paid for this product, followed every procedure, and have been patient—but this is completely unacceptable.
I demand immediate replacement or a full refund. Arçelik needs to take full responsibility and fix this now.
