Arçelik Refused to Accept My Return for a Portable AC

A very poor experience. We tried to return the portable air conditioner we purchased during its installation by the authorized service team that arrived two days later, but they refused to accept it. The Arçelik Dealer did not answer our calls, and when they did, they claimed the return would be processed and a request had been created. We then contacted Arçelik, only to be told that no such request existed and that the product would be replaced with a new one. However, we are requesting a refund, not a replacement. We visited the branch in person and spoke with them but achieved no result. Later, the branch called us and informed us that they would not be accepting the return. Such behavior is unworthy of a major company like Arçelik. I purchased the product on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, and was unable to return it two days later. Today, Tuesday, July 29, 2025, I was told that they will not accept the return. As a consumer, I have the right to return a product within 14 days without providing any justification. I am filing a complaint against the branch that is making excuses not to process the return and against Arçelik for not accepting the return. I have submitted my complaint to the relevant authorities.
