Arçelik Air Conditioners Aren't Working After Installation

On June 26th, I bought two Arçelik air conditioners through their website. Delivery and installation were completed separately, with the first unit arriving on July 1st and the second on July 6th. One of the units was missing the remote control. The installation team did not even wait five minutes to test the units, and neither of the air conditioners has worked since their departure. For about 20 days, I've filed numerous complaints, but neither the service team nor anyone else has responded. Despite being told five times to come around, no one has shown up. Visitors are supposed to arrive between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m., but they never do. With two young children, this has been extremely inconvenient. These units were for my summer home, and my vacation is nearly over.

Furthermore, service records are marked as completed without an actual visit, which is unfair. When we complain about them not showing up, they hang up on us. Neither the service team nor customer service are operating properly. Despite promises of a callback within 15 minutes for urgent complaints, I haven't received any calls in days. Despite claiming to have the most advanced service network in the country, they have yet to complete the installation after 20 days. Fortunately, I will exercise my right to cancel the online purchase and seek legal recourse to compensate for my inconvenience.
