Apple Device Malfunction Turned Nightmare
My faulty device, with serial number 359308700624186, was delivered to the Ankamall Gürgençler service center for warranty repairs. To my surprise, they claimed unauthorized intervention and demanded a whopping 57,000 TL to send a replacement device. However, my device was purchased with a legitimate invoice from the Vatan store, and there has been no unauthorized tampering anywhere else. Apple's own service center has been uncooperative, refusing to reveal the device's problem. It was bought brand new, still in the box. I'm disgusted by their lack of accountability, and I'm not going to let this go. I intend to file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office as well as a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. My days of victimization are over, and I demand justice. Provide me with a properly repaired device under warranty, or replace it with a brand new one, as required.
