Apple Did Not Replace or Properly Repair My Iphone 11 Despite Warranty Coverage
Upon experiencing problems with my DX4K42E7N736 serial numbered Apple brand mobile phone, I delivered the device to an authorized service called EGEMEK in Izmir, and as a result of the examinations, it was determined that there was a shadowing on the screen and a battery problem due to usage. It was said that you probably need to change the battery in order to replace the screen of the device under warranty and I was told that the battery problem that occurred due to usage would cost ₺3549. At first, I requested that the screen be replaced without accepting the fee, but since I did not accept the battery fee, the device was sent back without being repaired, this time I accepted the fee and the device was sent again, but only the battery was replaced and the screen was sent back without being repaired. When I said that I wanted the problem of the device to be fixed, it was sent to the service again, but the central service said that there was no problem on the screen. The service point that provided the shipment verified the problem and documented it in their system. Thereupon, I called the Apple call center, filed a complaint and asked for support, and after a process that took 2-3 weeks, I was told that my device would be replaced with a new one. I waited 4 days after this news and since I did not get a response, I contacted them again, but this time they said that my device was not replaced with a new one but with a device called "SWAP". I said that I did not accept the situation and that I wanted my device to be repaired or replaced with a new one as initially communicated, but I could not get a result. I am complaining about the situation and asking for support.
