Apple Sent Unregistered iPhone 11

Apple Sent Unregistered iPhone 11
September 17, 2023 1:16 PM20

I still can't believe what I went through with Apple in Turkey. With only 10 days left on my warranty, my iPhone 11 developed a service issue out of nowhere. I took it to Markantalya Troya, and they sent it to the service center, where I had to wait for 20 days. Finally, they sent a completely new replacement. My problems seemed to be over until I received a message that said, "Phone IMEI not registered; it will be blocked in 120 days." I was perplexed. Why, Apple, did you replace my phone with a foreign model rather than a Turkish model? It's infuriating and unjust. I demand a resolution to this matter and the return of my original Turkish-registered phone. I'm prepared to assert my consumer rights through the proper channels. Apple, you must do the right thing for your Turkish customers.
