Apple iPhone 13 Warming Up, Freezing, Slows Down
I purchased an iPhone 13 from an Apple store approximately a year ago. Recently, the phone has been overheating and malfunctioning. Five days ago, the screen completely went black while I was on a call. When I took the phone to the Apple service center, they claimed that the phone had been dropped and that the internal screen was damaged. They offered to replace the entire phone for ₺28,000. After multiple attempts to contact Apple customer service, I was met with delays and no resolution. My phone is still under warranty, and I believe Apple is trying to avoid honoring it by falsely accusing me of damaging the phone. I refuse to pay ₺28,000 for a replacement when I originally paid ₺40,000 for the device. I demand an immediate investigation and resolution to this issue.
