Hello, I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Amazon Turkey trading site. The product I purchased from Amazon did not arrive after 4 days, and the agreed AGT Cargo company (I don't want to say the cargo company because they did not arrive! We arrived, you were not at home (because it is a company that does nothing other than send mail, does not open contact numbers, cannot be contacted on WhatsApp, and causes grievances), and as a result of this situation, I once again returned the product that I had been victimized by. There is a camera system in my house, and even though my family is present and must communicate when they arrive, their failure to communicate did not lead me to believe this situation, and even though I reported this to Amazon authorities, they said that they would closely monitor it and that nothing would change, and if this product was to be delivered to me because they caused me grievance again, even if it is not possible to deliver it to another trade. I'm considering closing my Amazon account and never returning to this trading site. The product I purchased cost approximately 11,570 TL, and I strongly condemn their care and attitude.
