Amazon Shipping Disgrace And Customer Service Cannot Be Reached
AGT, the cargo company used by Amazon Türkiye, failed to deliver my order. As an Amazon Prime member, I had to cancel the delivery date because I wouldn't be at home, and I rescheduled it for the next day through the courier company's website. However, shortly after I made the new appointment, I received a message at 8 o'clock in the morning claiming that the customer couldn't be found at home. The issue was that I was at home and had set the appointment for 8 o'clock. Surprisingly, the delivery person showed up at my door around 11 o'clock when I was not expecting them and called me, unable to locate me. Despite my explanation that I had rescheduled for the next day, he insisted that they were aware of the appointment change but couldn't bring it tomorrow due to a lack of vehicles. He spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner, suggesting that I pick up the package from their branch myself. I am deeply dissatisfied with this cargo company and its staff, and I am seriously considering unsubscribing from my Amazon Prime membership due to the consistently poor service. It seems that the Amazon cargo company in Türkiye consistently fails to fulfill its responsibilities, and contacting Amazon customer service has proven to be an unreachable endeavor.
