Holafly Charged Me Twice at Belgrade Airport Without Delivering Service

On Saturday, March 21, 2026, while at Belgrade Airport in Serbia, I purchased a three-day Europe eSIM package for Serbia through Holafly and paid $20.90. However, after completing the purchase, I never received the required QR code needed to activate the service. When I contacted Holafly through the application and explained that no QR code had arrived, I was told that I needed to make another payment first, and only after that would the first payment supposedly be refunded.
Later that same day, again while at Belgrade Airport, an additional charge of €18.05 was taken from my credit card. Despite making this second payment, the refund for my original payment still has not been processed even after three days. I clearly provided customer support with screenshots and reference codes from my credit card statement showing both transactions, yet I was told that they could not issue a refund and my problem was never properly resolved.
I am still currently in Belgrade, and during this process not only was I charged twice, but my internet access was also interrupted. I request that both the original $20.90 payment and the unfairly charged €18.05 payment be refunded immediately and that my line be activated properly so I can use the service continuously as originally promised.
