Holafly Europe eSIM Had Constant Connection Problems
I purchased a Europe eSIM package from Holafly approximately 20 days ago. From the very first day I started using the package, the internet connection was extremely slow. I constantly had to turn airplane mode on and off just to temporarily refresh the connection. After some time, the internet connection stopped working completely and I have since been unable to use the service at all.
I contacted Holafly customer service many times regarding the issue I experienced, but no effective solution was provided. During the support process, case number 99015596 was created, yet despite this, my connection problem was never resolved.
Since the issue could not be fixed, I requested a refund. Because I was almost never able to use the Europe eSIM package efficiently or properly, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for the service.
