Amazon Fast Delivery Service Failed
I placed an order for some items on the Amazon website and opted for the expedited delivery service. I was assured that my package would arrive promptly, within a day. Unfortunately, it has been three days and there is still no sign of my package. I'm unable to get in touch with the courier company, and I still have no idea where the products are. When trying to cancel the order, I'm being told that I can only do so when the courier decides to make an appearance, and my money won't be refunded. I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience with Amazon.com.tr and the courier company AGT TR.
