Amazon Undelivered Product, No Refund, Courier Fiasco, Bravo!!

I did not receive the product I bought from Amazon.com TR and they do not refund the money. They sent it with a company called AGT Courier. A message came from the courier saying that your product has been delivered. While I was waiting at home all day for the product to arrive, they sent me a message saying that the product was returned because you were not at home around 17:00 in the evening. AGT Courier company opened a WhatsApp communication line, but they did not respond to anything I wrote there. They have it automated, they write nonsense things like how can we help you (probably with artificial intelligence), but they don't have delivery to our location. We are in the heart of Ankara, Yenimahalle Batıkent. They received the product that they will not deliver and then they write that they cannot deliver it. There is no one to call or give any information. When I clicked on the order link again from Amazon, they increased the price and asked for the same payment again (24k).
