Holafly Cyprus eSIM Stopped Working After Only Two Hours

I purchased an unlimited internet eSIM package for Cyprus through Holafly. As soon as I landed in Cyprus, the eSIM activated automatically, my internet connection started working, and for a short period the service was actually very fast. However, on March 21, 2026, the connection suddenly stopped completely, and from that moment onward I was never able to access the internet again.

Throughout my vacation, every time I found available Wi-Fi, I contacted Holafly customer support through the in-app messaging system, sometimes two or three times a day. The support agents repeatedly walked me through all the settings step by step, gave me different troubleshooting instructions, and tried various solutions, but despite all these efforts, the internet connection never recovered and I was unable to use the package I paid for. Out of the four days covered by my unlimited internet package, I was only able to use the service for approximately two hours in total.

After I explained the issue, I was initially told that I would receive complimentary unlimited internet for my next vacation as compensation, but later this promise was never fulfilled. When I then requested a refund, I was repeatedly told to wait 5–10 business days and was given various excuses instead of an actual resolution. Even worse, instead of properly compensating me for the unusable service, they offered only a one-day coupon in exchange for a four-day unlimited package that I could barely use at all.

Because of both the nonfunctioning service and the company’s handling of the issue afterward, my vacation was seriously disrupted and I experienced significant inconvenience. My order number is e21357723, and the email address registered in the system is f************@gmail.com.

I request a full refund for the package I paid for but was almost entirely unable to use, and I also expect the compensation that was previously promised to me to be fulfilled clearly and properly.
