Holafly Balkans eSIM Barely Worked During My Entire Trip

On January 24, I purchased a Balkans eSIM package through Holafly to use during my 6-day trip between January 24 and January 29. I paid approximately €27 for the service. However, throughout almost the entire trip — especially while I was in Bosnia — the internet either did not work at all or appeared connected but still failed to function anywhere. Even in city centers, I was unable to properly access the internet, which caused serious difficulties during most of my journey.

While traveling, I contacted Holafly customer support regarding the issue. I was instructed to disable automatic network selection, but even after following all the steps exactly as directed, the connection problem was never resolved and the internet still did not work. As a result, I spent nearly all 6 days of my trip effectively without internet access.

Since I was unable to benefit from the service I purchased in any meaningful way, I request a full refund or at least a reasonable partial refund of the amount I paid. I do not believe it is acceptable to pay approximately €27 and then experience this level of inconvenience and unusable service throughout an international trip.
