Amazon's Inaction and Lack of a Solution

Hello, I am writing to you from Turkey. I am an occasional shopper from Amazon.com. In my last purchase, I requested a product from Amazon Germany. The product arrived in Turkey and I waited for the cargo company to deliver it to me. However, I learned that the cargo company gave it to another cargo company, a different cargo company. I called Amazon customer service many times, but I realized that the employees could not reach the information that I reached. I see this as a lack of seriousness towards Amazon itself and its customers. It is even worse that there is no information about cargo tracking on the tracking screen, that they do nothing to remedy this grievance, and that they do not feel guilty. I want to report this situation to Amazon Global and make them aware of this seriousness all over the world. I believe that Amazon Global managers will take care of this issue and you will get back to me.
