My AliExpress order has a significant issue that I require assistance with. Despite the fact that the package was held up in customs and was never delivered, the seller refuses to issue a refund. When the package was delivered, the seller had already been paid, and there is currently no one to contact about the problem. The customer support team's contact information is completely useless.
