New Mercedes A200 AMG Developed Engine Failure at 500 km

In January, I purchased a brand-new Mercedes-Benz A200 FL AMG. When the vehicle had only 500 km on the odometer, it developed an engine fault. I took it to Mercedes-Benz Mengerler Adana, where I was told it was only a minor issue. The service center replaced the V-belt, but the same engine problem returned shortly afterward. My vehicle is currently still at the dealership awaiting repairs.

In addition to the engine problem, the vehicle also developed a brake system fault last month. Experiencing failures involving both the engine and a critical safety system on a nearly new vehicle is completely unacceptable. I have now been informed that the vehicle is waiting for a flywheel to arrive from Germany, leaving it stuck at the service center for an extended period and preventing me from using it safely and reliably.

Having major engine and brake-related failures on a vehicle with such low mileage has caused significant financial loss and serious concerns about the vehicle's safety and reliability. I purchased this vehicle outright for approximately $64,378, yet I still do not have a properly functioning car.

I request that Mercedes-Benz acknowledge this vehicle as defective and replace it with a new, defect-free vehicle of the same model or equivalent specification. The phone number listed on my purchase invoice ends with 0558****48. I ask Mercedes-Benz to resolve this matter as quickly as possible and provide a permanent solution.
