AliExpress Order Stuck in Customs Since August and No Refund Issued
I placed an order on AliExpress (order number: 3039875453184964) on August 16, 2024, and the tracking number is 2710149709402. My package reached customs on August 26, 2024, and since then, it has been held there without any updates or resolution. I opened a dispute with AliExpress the same day, but I still haven’t received my refund, and my product is stuck. It’s been over a month now, and I’m left in limbo with no product and no refund. AliExpress needs to process my refund immediately, as this delay is completely unacceptable. What more can I do to get my money back or receive the product I ordered?
