I bought something on Aliexpress and now wish to have it returned, but they are not offering any shipping details for that. Language problems also make customer service useless for me. They are not refunding the tax, shipping charges, or even the product's price itself. Furthermore, the vendors are providing zero answers and no money is being repaid. I feel as though my entitlement to a refund is being denied in this really annoying circumstances. Aliexpress surprised me with this level of service, hence I ask that they fix this right away.
