Aliexpress Order Never Arrived, No Refund After 4 Months

I ordered a product from Aliexpress that was supposed to arrive four months ago, but it still hasn’t been delivered. To make matters worse, no refund has been issued either. After the delivery date passed, the product was marked as “delivered,” but it never reached me. I’ve tried contacting the seller, but there’s no response, and I can’t get through to any customer service representative at Aliexpress. I’m left with nothing—no product, no refund, and a lot of frustration. This has completely ruined my shopping experience. Aliexpress, I expect either my money back or the product I paid for to be delivered immediately!
