Aliexpress Causing Trouble When I Want To Exchange or Refund Broken Order


I received the product, but it arrived damaged and has software errors. I requested a refund, but they are not providing me with a solution. They are suggesting that I fix the broken item myself with glue, w**?? why would I have to go through that trouble when I paid for a decent product myself? I want them to take back their faulty products and refund my money. Why would I want to keep a broken and defective item? It's not my job to fix their problems either, they were in charge of delivery and the product being delivered as one piece. I have also sent them a picture as evidence, but they are still asking for proof.
