Bitdefender Subscription Cancellation Option Is Unreachable

I am submitting this complaint because it appears to be impossible to cancel my Bitdefender antivirus subscription through the available account and support channels.
Despite my efforts to locate and complete the cancellation process, I have been unable to access any functional option that allows me to terminate my subscription. A customer should be able to cancel a recurring subscription as easily as it was activated, yet the cancellation procedure is either inaccessible or unnecessarily difficult to find.
Through this complaint, I formally notify Bitdefender that I do not wish to continue my subscription and that I request the immediate cancellation of any recurring billing associated with my account.
I further state that I do not authorize any future charges to my payment method related to this subscription. If any additional payment is withdrawn from my account after this notice and despite my cancellation request, I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies and to report the matter to the appropriate consumer protection and judicial authorities.
I request written confirmation that my subscription has been canceled, that automatic renewal has been disabled, and that no further charges will be made to my account.
