Defective Product and Refund Issues on AliExpress



I purchased a product from AliExpress that turned out to be defective and did not have the promised features. Despite paying 410 ₺ in customs fees to receive it, the seller and AliExpress failed to provide a proper return process, which should have been free. The seller intentionally delayed the return process for a month, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this with both the seller and AliExpress, I was not given a free return option. Now, they are refusing to refund my money, claiming the return was my responsibility. I am left with a defective product and additional customs fees. AliExpress did not support me as a buyer. We trust AliExpress to purchase these products without knowing the sellers directly. I urgently request a resolution and a full refund.
