My AliExpress Order Was Stuck at Customs and the Seller Refused to Help
The fishing gear I ordered from AliExpress got stuck at customs. I contacted the seller, and they said, "Contact your own customs office." Why should I have to deal with this? Shouldn't the system already know if the item will pass customs or not? They make me place the order, and then say, "You figure it out and try to handle it." Why aren't they shipping it properly? What kind of nonsense is this? Doesn't being a big company mean being a quality one as well? At the very least, issue a refund. You have no right to leave me in this situation!
