I Want a Refund for My Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus Due to Camera Freezing

I purchased a Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G in March, and since the very first day of use, I have been experiencing serious camera-related issues. Whenever I take more than two photos with the camera, the application freezes completely. It becomes unresponsive, refuses to close, and when I repeatedly try to exit the app, both the camera application and the entire system crash. This problem has existed since the day I purchased the phone and has significantly affected my daily use of the device.
I sent the device to the Evofone authorized service center through the Eskişehir Espark branch and clearly explained the issue along with my expectations. Despite this, the device was returned to me with a report stating that no fault was found. However, the problem continues exactly as before, and the phone has become increasingly difficult and frustrating to use.
At this stage, I no longer wish to continue using a Redmi-branded device. I have already given the manufacturer and the authorized service center an opportunity to identify and resolve the problem, but no effective solution has been provided.
Therefore, I request either a full refund of the amount I paid for the device or a replacement with a Poco X8 Pro Max. I am not asking for anything unreasonable; I simply want a fair resolution that addresses the ongoing issue and allows this matter to be concluded without further inconvenience for either side.
