Aliexpress Refuses Faulty Product Return Despite Misleading Information

The item I received does not match the details given on the platform, which is a shame. When I noticed this difference, promptly sent a return request because the seller had given me false information. AliExpress, on the other hand, turned down my return request, saying there was "insufficient information" to process it. In an effort to back up what I said, I posted pictures of the product and sent messages about my concerns. Even though I tried to show proof of the product's problems, the platform seemed to support the seller's point of view. As a customer, I'm unhappy with this experience because I think the false information and then refusal to accept my return are clear violations of my rights as a consumer.
