AliExpress Sent the Wrong Low-Quality Product and Seller Avoids Responsibility



I ordered a product from AliExpress, but what I received was completely different from what was listed—and the quality is also far below expectations. When I tried to reach out for support, the seller kept replying with vague responses like “not understood”, avoiding any real solution.
The bigger issue is that AliExpress doesn’t handle the dispute directly—they push customers to resolve everything with the seller. But in this case, the seller’s poor English works to their advantage, as they continually claim they “don’t understand” the issue, rather than taking responsibility for the mistake.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the conversation—it's full of evasive replies, and there's been no progress at all. I demand that AliExpress step in, acknowledge the seller’s fault, and issue a full refund (₺) for the incorrect and low-quality item. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer because the platform refuses to hold sellers accountable.
