Algida Rewards Points Redemption Issues

In the Algida with Kazan app, I currently have 29,103 points, and since the summer of 2023, I haven't been able to redeem these points for Algida products. I received a message informing me that my points would be deleted on March 15, 2024. However, despite reaching out through various communication channels (messages, phone calls, emails, Complaints Board website) to both Unilever and Algida since 2023, I haven't received a positive outcome. It feels like these points came out of thin air, and I'm being treated as if I never made any purchases. The communication network of the company provides responses like 'come today, come tomorrow.' Despite being assured multiple times that 'our inspectors will get back to you urgently,' due to communication issues in the Algida with the Kazan app, I couldn't resolve my problem, wasting my time and experiencing stress during this process. In short, this seems to be a case of being humiliated with your own money. Due to the dysfunctional app and customer representatives, my trust in Algida and Unilever brands has been shattered, and I will no longer choose these brands. Trusting Algida and Unilever has only led to regret.

Hello, Since the summer of 2023, after long efforts, I have finally managed to use my points before March 15, 2024. Spending my Algida points, which I obtained with the codes entered from each ice cream I bought with my money, should not have been this difficult, especially considering that I was in constant contact with Algida and Unilever's customer services through all kinds of communication channels. It would be fair to say that I was disgraced with my own money. The last address given to me was not central at all. Why can't we get these promotions from major supermarkets? Why are customers forced to constantly defend their rights in this hectic life, why are you wasting people's time? Are your customers so insignificant to you? The treatment you deem appropriate for me and your customers and the disregard for their time is very humiliating! Please correct the mistakes in your application as soon as possible; if you cannot manage this with major supermarkets, ensure that every point with an Algida cabinet can supply the campaign products without tiring and stressing the customer; inspect regularly and enforce sanctions so that customers do not have to perform your duty amidst all their other responsibilities, I kindly request.
