Algida Ice Cream Rewards Nightmare

Hello, I've been trying to redeem the points I've earned from the Algida Win app for ice cream almost every day for about a week now. However, every time I go to the store to get my ice cream, I come back empty-handed, and they mock me. They claim we may have uninstalled the app or inquired as to whether we are even their customers. Furthermore, they admitted that they had never seen an Algida representative. I've tried several times to contact H**** Bey, the responsible person for the Eskişehir Odunpazar region, but he hasn't resolved the problem. Are we squandering our time collecting points for months, if not years, for naught? I and my friends will no longer consume Algida products. I'll notify CIMER about this tomorrow.
