Algida's Kazan application, where I signed up to obtain daily 1 GB of internet data. Despite three long days passing since my request, the promised data has not been allocated to my mobile line. Algida's social media channels have ignored my concerns and provided no information, leaving me feeling helpless. Even attempts to reach their customer service through phone calls have been in vain, with no one picking up to assist me.I even resorted to their social media networks to voice my frustration, expecting for a resolution, only to be treated with silence and apathy. Why do it then??
