I've been having trouble with Algida's Kazan app, where I can't seem to redeem the points I've earned. The designated pickup locations are making various excuses and failing to deliver the promised products. After contacting customer service, I was redirected to a sales representative who simply gave me the name of a store and told me to go there to redeem the voucher. Regrettably, the store owner was unaware of such a program. When I called the sales representative again, they promised to contact me the following day, leaving me in the dark. Algida does not appear to stand by the advertisements they promote, leaving me no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities, including CIMER and the Consumer Arbitration Board, backed up by my recorded conversations. The lack of accountability displayed by Algida is truly disappointing.
