Unacceptable Policies and No Refund for 2 Heaven Hotel Booking on Agoda!


I booked a stay at 2 Heaven Hotel through Agoda from July 14-18, 2024, with reservation number 1249027148. However, a day before my stay, I discovered through Google reviews that the hotel has unusual policies for reservations, check-in, and check-out. You have to vacate your room by 11:00 AM every day, taking all your belongings with you. The room remains empty until 7:00 PM, and there's nowhere to store your luggage. They charge an additional 20,000 won per day if you want to use their storage or leave your belongings in the room. This hotel inconveniences its guests, and Agoda should not work with such establishments. I emailed Agoda to cancel my reservation, and they replied saying they would contact the hotel. They informed me that if the hotel agrees, I would get a refund. This is unprofessional; please do not cause further inconvenience to your customers.
