Agoda Reservation Scam at Şişli Bomonti Hotel – Charged Without a Valid Booking
On September 28, 2024, I made a reservation at Şişli Bomonti Hotel through Agoda (ID: 1384135544). When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that they do not work with Agoda and that scammers are using their hotel’s name to make non-refundable reservations and take people's money. I was shocked to find out that my reservation was not valid, and I had already paid. I am requesting a refund for the amount charged to my credit card for this fraudulent booking. Agoda, please take responsibility for this issue and refund my money immediately. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expect a prompt resolution!
