Free Fire Account Hacked and Still Not Recovered

I am using a Redmi Note 13 Pro+ phone and my Free Fire account was hacked about 26 months ago. After the hacking incident, I completely lost access to my Free Fire ID. I still remember my UID, but I cannot log in to the account or use it in any way. I contacted Free Fire/Garena support about this issue but I did not receive any helpful or supportive response, and my account has still not been recovered. I request that my hacked Free Fire ID be restored and that my access to my account be reactivated based on my UID and any other verifiable information you may need.
