We made a hotel reservation with Agoda for June 26 (check-in) to June 27 (check-out) in Bozcaada. However, Agoda provided a reservation at a different location of the same hotel. When we arrived at the booked hotel, they informed us that the reservation was in another of their hotels, evident from the details in the app. Since the booked hotel was full, they offered a refund of the difference (25 euros) and accommodation in the alternate hotel. It has been a month since the booking, and the refund is still pending. The hotel representative stated they contacted Agoda, but I am unable to reach Agoda. Please refund the 25 euros.
