I Can't Reach Lee Cooper Customer Service About My Missing Order
On May 30, I placed an order for three tank-style T-shirts through Lee Cooper’s official online store. I paid a total of $27 by credit card. Although the website shows that the products have been shipped, when I contacted the shipping company, I was informed that the package had never actually been handed over to them. In other words, the order is marked as shipped in the system, but the products were never delivered to the carrier.
Throughout this process, I repeatedly attempted to contact the company by phone, but I was unable to reach anyone. I also sent emails requesting information about my order, yet I received no response. As of today, the products have still not been delivered to me. My order number is 5623****63.
I request that the products I have already paid for be shipped and delivered to me immediately. If the company is unable to fulfill the order, I expect a full refund to be processed without delay. The lack of communication and the inaccurate shipping status have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I intend to pursue formal legal remedies and file an official complaint through the appropriate authorities, including the Istanbul Courthouse.
