Agoda Charged Me Twice for One Hotel Booking, Requesting Refund
I frequently use Agoda for travel bookings, but my recent experience has been disappointing. For my stay from November 28-30, 2024 (ID: 1356622044), I noticed two separate charges for the same hotel. The payment for the stay was processed on November 23, 2024, but an additional charge of ₺5,615 was taken from my credit card on November 14, 2024.
I reviewed my Agoda account and checked canceled reservations, but none of them show any payments made. I contacted Agoda customer service for assistance, but they were unable to provide a clear explanation or resolution.
I am requesting Agoda to refund the extra amount charged to my account immediately. This issue has caused unnecessary stress, and I expect it to be resolved promptly. Please address this matter at the earliest convenience.
