I made a reservation through Agoda for Kyieina Orkide Court Hotel, with check-in on November 17, 2025, and check-out on November 20, 2025. My reservation number is 1644230958, and my hotel confirmation number is 5363****87. The total amount of $266 was charged to my credit card ending in 9074.
On September 19, I submitted a free cancellation request through the Agoda mobile app and also called the hotel to inform them. The hotel confirmed that the refund would be handled by Agoda and that they were waiting for Agoda’s confirmation email.
I also sent a message via the Agoda app, but received no response. There is no customer service number or email available in Turkey to contact directly. On September 19, I received a message from Agoda confirming that the cancellation had been approved and that the refund would be issued within one month. However, a long time has passed, and the refund still has not been credited to my card.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I feel frustrated and disappointed. I kindly request that the $266 I paid be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
