I experienced significant inconvenience due to my Agoda reservation, details of which are provided below. I had booked 2 rooms for 1 night for 3 people. The hotel informed me they could only provide 1 room due to unavailability and could not accommodate the second room. They stated that since Agoda processed the payment one month later, I needed to contact Agoda directly to cancel the payment. Agoda mentioned that after confirming the situation with the hotel, they would issue a refund. However, I could not reach Agoda’s customer service as they do not offer support for Turkey. I emailed the address provided by their chatbot but received no response. Due to this service failure, I suffered both financial and emotional distress. Because of Agoda’s negligence, we were left stranded on the street with no available rooms, leading to illness. I demand a full refund for the payment made.
