I Need a Replacement for a Lee Cooper T-Shirt With a Visible Color Defect

I purchased a Lee Cooper T-shirt from the Boyner store in Edirne. Although I did not notice the issue immediately after the purchase, I later examined the product more carefully in daylight and discovered a noticeable color difference on one of the sleeves.

After identifying the problem, I visited the Boyner store in Gebze and showed the T-shirt to the store representatives. The product was subsequently sent to Lee Cooper’s headquarters for inspection and evaluation. In my opinion, the color inconsistency on the sleeve is a manufacturing-related defect and is not an acceptable condition for a new product.

I believe the issue originates from the production process, and I expect the inspection to take this into account. As a resolution, I am requesting a replacement of the T-shirt with a defect-free product. I would appreciate a prompt review of my claim and a quick resolution to the inconvenience I have experienced.
