Agoda Should Start Providing Customer Service In More Languages
It's kinda sketchy that a company is operating in Turkey without a Turkish customer service team. Makes you wonder if their services are really accessible to everyone there, you know? Agoda is one of those companies that doesn't have a fancy customer service team in Turkish. This makes it hard for its Turkish customers lime me to communicate and get help. Isn't language is, like, super important when it comes to communicating and giving awesome customer service? Agoda is like, totally missing out on a bunch of potential customers in Turkey by not having customer service in Turkish. It's like, a big oopsie on their part. I for one, and many Turkish customers can get pretty mad and annoyed when they can't express their needs, problems, or questions in a language they understand. Just an idea, please consider.
