DramaBox Refund Complaint

I have a legitimate DramaBox subscription through the Google Play Store, which appears in my Google Play subscriptions and is used by me daily. This subscription is billed as “Google DramaBox Stream” at $10.49 weekly and I have no issue with this service. However, I have discovered a second, completely separate set of charges coming out of my Green Dot Visa card that I did not authorize and that I cannot find in any of my subscription lists. These charges appear in the transactions section of my Green Dot mobile app with a description like “DramaBox_A U457232644 061,” first at $16.19 for 3 weeks and then at $18.99 for 9 weeks, for a total of $219.48. I have never knowingly signed up for this second subscription or given permission for these extra payments, and I have no idea how this charge was set up. I noticed these unauthorized charges about four days ago and have been trying to find a way to contact DramaBox but could not find any clear support contact related to this second charge, and it does not appear in my Google Play Store subscriptions. While we were messaging about this issue, yet another $18.99 payment was taken, and I can also see a “pending” transaction in my Green Dot app for DramaBox_A at $18.99 dated July 10, 2026, which confirms that this is an ongoing problem. I am asking for a full refund of the $219.48 that has been taken for this unauthorized DramaBox_A subscription, and I want this second subscription and any related account to be immediately cancelled. I also request that this situation be investigated as a possible fraud or unauthorized billing, that the responsible merchant and any third parties involved be reported to the relevant authorities if appropriate, and that all future charges of this type be permanently blocked from my Green Dot Visa card. I would like written confirmation of the cancellation of the unauthorized subscription, the total amount to be refunded, and the outcome of any investigation into how this subscription was created on my account.
