Agoda Has No Turkish Customer Support for 2 Months Despite Active Partnership

For the past two months, I have been completely unable to reach Agoda’s Turkish customer service. No matter whether I call in the morning, afternoon, or evening, I always receive the same message: “the office is closed.”

As a hotel owner in Pamukkale, Denizli, I have an active partnership and contract with Agoda, and reliable communication is critical for managing reservations and guest relations. I have tried every available channel—email, live chat, and in-app messaging—but in every case, I was simply told to call customer service. Yet whenever I call, I cannot find any Turkish-language support.

I have been forced to rely on English-language support, but for a company of Agoda’s scale, the complete lack of Turkish support is unacceptable. Local partners and customers should not be left without service in their own language.

I am demanding that Agoda immediately restore Turkish customer service support so that hotel partners and guests in Turkey can receive proper assistance without unnecessary barriers.
