My Audi Q3's Water Leak Returned After Two "Fixed" Service Visits

I noticed water pooling under the driver's seat of my Audi Q3 during rainy weather. I saw that the water was leaking in through the area around the hood release lever, and because of this, I first took the vehicle to the Audi Maslak authorized service center in May. Due to the same issue, I had to go to the service center a second time in June, and the vehicle stayed there for about 10 days on this second occasion.
I was verbally told at the service center that the problem wouldn't recur and had been definitively fixed. I picked up my vehicle on June 11th, and since it hadn't rained from that date until today, I had no opportunity to check it. However, when I checked the vehicle again today, I saw that water was leaking from the same spot again and pooling under the driver's seat once more. In other words, even though a service record was opened twice and the vehicle stayed at the service center for a long time, the problem was never resolved.
Because of this ongoing water leak and recurring fault in my vehicle, I believe the vehicle is defective. For this reason, I am requesting that Audi replace this vehicle, which keeps causing problems, with a new one, and that the hardship I've experienced be resolved.
